Built to the occupational therapist’s specification, with Approved Document M and Building Regulations in mind. All trades directly employed or long-standing named subcontractors.

  • Level-access wet rooms

    Bath removal, tanking, level floor with fall to drain, seats, rails and thermostatic showers.

    Safe-gradient ramps with landings and handrails; threshold works to front and rear doors.

    Structural openings widened for wheelchair access, new frames and doors, full making good.

    Stairlift and through-floor lift builder’s work: openings, trimming, power and making good.

How referral works

From referral to handover

Our standard service levels for council and housing association work. Urgent hospital-discharge cases are prioritised by agreement.

    OT report or grant instruction received by email or phone.

    Joint visit with the OT where possible; measure and meet the household.

    Within 10 working days*

  3. Schedule & price

    Itemised schedule of works to specification, for grant approval.

    Named site lead, agreed dates, RAMS on site, daily update to the household.

    Start date confirmed in writing

  5. Handover
